Adjust the amount of garlic as preferred.
As this is a light and mildly flavored dish, it’s recommended for when you don’t have a large appetite.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Meiji Bulgaria Yogurt LB81 Plain

300g

Water

150ml

Cucumber

100g

Olive oil

2 teaspoons

Dill

1 teaspoon

Garlic

1 teaspoon

Salt

1 teaspoon

Cooking instructions

1. Cut the cucumber into 5mm dice. Sprinkle salt and olive oil on top.

2. Mince the dill. Grate the garlic.

3. Pour the yogurt and water into a bowl and mix. Then add the items prepared in 1. and 2. to the bowl and mix well.

4. Add salt to 3. as desired.
