1. Mince the onion.
2. Put the mixed ground beef and pork, water, cumin, salt, and black pepper into a bowl, and knead thoroughly.
3. Add the minced onions to 2. and mix again. Then keep it refrigerated overnight.
4. Divide 3. into 12 even pieces, and form them into ovals.
5. Pour the yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, and salt into another bowl, and mix them well to make the sauce.
6. Place the patties prepared in 4. into a heated frying pan and cook.
7. Place the patties cooked in 6. onto a plate, and serve with the sauce prepared in 5.
